Meet Meg,
An incredibly normal weirdo…
Hi, I'm Meg. I'm a Human Design, people, yoga and energy obsessive.
Everything I see, I see through this lens. People fascinate me. Energy fascinates me. Why we do what we do, why we become who we become, and what happens when we start to question it all fascinates me. And I never really stop enquiring. I'm always learning, always noticing, always experimenting with my own design and watching how it plays out in real life. Because Human Design isn't something I just know.
It's something I live.
I didn't always know how to listen to myself.
For most of my life, I was very good at doing what I thought I was supposed to do.
I built my life around performance. I trained at drama school, performed in the West End and around the world, worked hard and learnt to receive a lot of my value from how much I could do and how well I could perform.
Eventually, I thought I'd found my voice through performance.
The stage.
Through being someone else.
I was plucking identities from the cosmos, trying to be heard—trying to hear myself.
Then yoga found me.
And I started slowing down enough to actually listen to my body.
That was the beginning of everything.
A snowball effect happened from there. My whole world opened up as a new level of awareness started to enter in. I became obsessed with diving inwards. Into myself. Into understanding myself. And into helping other people do the same.
I trained as a coach.
Then Human Design found me.
And I've been weaving all of these worlds together ever since.
Human Design changed the way I see people.
The thing that still blows my mind about Human Design is just how incredibly specific it is.
You need your exact birth time and location to generate your chart because the system is so bespoke to you.
There are billions of people on this planet and no one else has your exact design.
There is something incredibly beautiful about that.
Nothing generic.
Nothing one-size-fits-all.
Just you.
Your energy. Your mechanics. Your way of moving through this human experience.
And that is what I love about this work.
It gives us a language for the parts of ourselves we've always felt but perhaps never had words for.
This isn't a quick fix.
The deconditioning process is said to take seven years.
So I'm not here to sell you a quick fix or promise that understanding your chart will suddenly mean you've figured yourself out forever.
I don't think we're ever finished.
And honestly, I don't think we're supposed to be.
What I do believe is that starting with a really solid foundation can dramatically change the way you navigate those seven years.
You start to notice yourself.
You start to notice your energy.
You start to notice where you're living from conditioning and where you're actually living from you.
And slowly, you begin to make different choices.
Not because someone told you what to do.
Because you know yourself.
You don't need to know anything about Human Design.
In fact, I specialise in working with people who are completely new to it.
You don't need to have read the books.
You don't need to know your type, your profile or what the hell a gate is.
You just need to be curious.
Curious about yourself.
Curious about why you are the way you are.
Curious about what might be possible if you stopped trying to live according to everyone else's rules.
I'll bring the knowledge, the experience and the translation.
You bring your questions, your enthusiasm and your willingness to experiment.
That collaboration is where the magic happens.
I think life is supposed to be a beautiful experiment.
Perhaps the most valuable thing we can do in this life is remember who we are.
Not become someone better.
Not optimise ourselves into oblivion.
Not follow another ten-step formula for how to live a good life.
Remember.
And then treat life like the beautiful game and experiment that it really is.
There is so much possibility available to us right here, right now.
Sometimes we just need someone to help us see it.
That's what I want to do.
Help you see what's possible.
Help you come back to yourself.
And remind you that perhaps the life you're looking for isn't as far away as you think.
So, where do we begin?
If you're curious about Human Design but don't quite know where to start, you're in exactly the right place.
You don't need to understand the system before you enter it.
You just need to be willing to experiment.
