5. Coaching and personal information

My work is personal. During coaching, Human Design and related sessions, you may choose to share information about your experiences, emotions, relationships, goals, wellbeing or other areas of your life.

Please only share information that you feel comfortable sharing.

Some information you choose to share may constitute special category data under UK data protection law. Where this applies, I will only process that information where an appropriate additional legal condition applies.

I treat information shared during our work with care. However, because some services are delivered through third-party platforms such as Zoom and Telegram, your information may also be subject to those providers' privacy policies and security practices.

6. The platforms and services I use

Squarespace

My website is hosted and operated using Squarespace.

Squarespace may process information such as website usage data, technical information, contact information submitted through forms and information relating to interactions with the website.

Squarespace may process personal information outside the UK. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards will be used in accordance with applicable data protection law.

Squarespace Payments

Payments for my services may be processed through Squarespace Payments.

When you make a purchase, payment and transaction information may be processed by Squarespace and its payment processing partners in order to complete your payment, prevent fraud and maintain appropriate financial records.

I do not have access to your full payment card details.

Zoom

I use Zoom to deliver private coaching sessions and other online sessions.

When you participate in a Zoom session, Zoom may process information such as your name, email address, device information, IP address and information relating to your use of the Zoom service.

Where sessions are recorded, I will let you know. Recordings may be retained so that you can access them as part of your programme where this has been agreed.

Zoom has its own privacy practices and terms, which apply to information processed through its platform.

Telegram

I use Telegram to provide programme support, send teachings and practices, and communicate with clients where this forms part of the service.

If you communicate with me through Telegram, information you share may be processed by Telegram in accordance with its own privacy practices.

Please be mindful about sharing highly sensitive or unnecessary personal information through messaging platforms.

Flodesk

I use Flodesk to manage my email list and send newsletters, updates, educational content and marketing communications.

If you subscribe to my mailing list, your name and email address may be stored and processed by Flodesk on my behalf.

Flodesk may also process information about whether emails are opened or links are clicked, where applicable, to help me understand how my emails are being used and improve the content I send.

You can unsubscribe from my mailing list at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

7. Who I share your information with

I do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

I may share personal information with trusted service providers where this is necessary to operate my business or provide your service.

These may include:

  • Squarespace, for website hosting and website functionality

  • Squarespace Payments, for processing payments

  • Zoom, for online coaching sessions

  • Telegram, for programme communication and support

  • Flodesk, for email communications and marketing

  • Professional advisers, such as accountants, where necessary

  • Government bodies, regulators or law enforcement where I am legally required to do so

I expect third-party providers acting on my behalf to handle personal information appropriately and securely.

8. International data transfers

Some of the providers I use may process personal information outside the UK.

Where personal information is transferred internationally, I will take reasonable steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place as required by applicable data protection law.

Client coaching records and programme materials may be retained for an appropriate period after our work together so that I can maintain accurate business records and meet my legal obligations.

Where coaching recordings are provided as part of a programme, they may remain available to you for the period stated in your programme terms.

When information is no longer required, I will take reasonable steps to securely delete or anonymise it.

10. Marketing

If you choose to receive marketing communications from me, I may send you information about my services, programmes, events, offers and other content that I think may be relevant to you.
