Welcome to Meg Mind Strong.

These Terms & Conditions set out the terms that apply when you use this website, purchase one of my programmes or services, or work with me.

By using this website or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you have any questions, please contact me at meg@megmindstrong.com.

1. About me

This website and the services offered through it are provided by Meg Mind Strong ("I", "me", "my").

2. My services

I offer coaching, Human Design, yoga, embodiment, educational content, digital programmes and related personal development services.

My work is intended to support self-awareness, reflection, personal development and exploration.

My services are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial or legal advice and are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.

I do not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, choices and actions throughout our work together.

3. Human Design

Human Design is offered as a framework for self-exploration and personal experimentation.

I do not present Human Design as a scientifically validated medical, psychological or diagnostic system.

The information, interpretations and practices I provide are intended to support your own exploration and should not be treated as absolute truths or instructions about how you must live your life.

You are encouraged to use your own judgement and experience when engaging with the work.

4. Who my services are for

My services are intended for adults who are able to make their own decisions about participating in coaching and personal development work.

By purchasing a service, you confirm that you are able to enter into a legally binding agreement.

If you are unsure whether my services are appropriate for you, please contact me before purchasing.

5. Booking and payment

Prices for my services are displayed on the relevant sales or booking page.

Payment must be made using the payment method available at checkout.

Payments may be processed through Squarespace Payments.

By submitting payment, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Your place on a programme or service is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

6. The Aura Reset

Where you purchase The Aura Reset, the programme includes the elements described on the relevant programme sales page.

Unless otherwise stated, this may include:

  • 12 private 60-minute coaching sessions delivered via Zoom

  • Weekly teachings and practices delivered through Telegram

  • Tuesday–Friday Telegram support

  • Personalised EFT tapping scripts

  • Tailored meditations and coaching practices

  • One integration week each month

  • Access to coaching session recordings

  • Lifetime access to relevant Telegram resources

  • Complimentary access to Skylark

7. Coaching sessions

Coaching sessions are generally 60 minutes and take place online via Zoom.

You are responsible for attending sessions at the agreed time and ensuring that you have a suitable private environment and a reliable internet connection.

If you need to reschedule a session, please provide as much notice as possible.

Where a session is missed without reasonable notice, I may be unable to reschedule it.

Any specific cancellation or rescheduling terms communicated at the point of booking will also apply.

8. Telegram support

Telegram support is provided as part of certain programmes, including The Aura Reset.

Telegram is intended for questions, reflections, celebrations, support and integration between coaching sessions.

It is not intended to provide continuous or emergency support.

I will respond within reasonable working hours and within the support boundaries communicated as part of your programme.

Please do not use Telegram to contact me about emergencies or situations requiring immediate professional support.

9. Coaching recordings

Where coaching sessions are recorded, you will be informed.

Recordings are provided for your personal use as part of your programme.

You may not:

  • Share recordings publicly

  • Sell or distribute recordings

  • Give recordings to another person

  • Reproduce or commercially exploit the recordings

  • Use recordings to create competing products or services

Recordings remain my intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Programme resources

Teachings, meditations, EFT scripts, coaching practices, written materials, videos, audio recordings and other resources provided as part of my programmes are for your personal use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, teach, licence or commercially exploit these materials without my written permission.

11. Skylark

Where complimentary access to Skylark is included with a programme, access is provided according to the terms stated at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, complimentary access is intended for the individual who purchased the relevant programme and may not be transferred or shared.

The content of Skylark may be updated, changed or replaced from time to time.

12. Lifetime access

Where I describe resources as having "lifetime access", this means access for the lifetime of the relevant programme, product or service while I continue to operate and provide that service.

Lifetime access does not mean that a particular platform, technology or specific piece of content will necessarily be available forever.

I may need to move, replace or update resources or platforms from time to time.

13. Your responsibilities

To get the most from our work together, I ask that you:

  • Attend your sessions where possible

  • Engage honestly and openly with the process

  • Complete practices and reflections where appropriate

  • Respect the boundaries of our coaching relationship

  • Keep programme materials private

  • Do not share other clients' personal information

  • Take responsibility for your own choices and decisions

You are not required to agree with everything I teach or suggest.

This work is a collaboration, and your own experience and discernment are an important part of the process.

14. No guaranteed results

I cannot guarantee a particular personal, professional, financial, emotional or spiritual outcome from working with me.

Your results depend on many factors, including your circumstances, choices, engagement and application of the work.

Testimonials and examples shared on my website represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as guarantees of a particular result.

15. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website and within my programmes belongs to Meg Mind Strong or is used with appropriate permission.

This includes:

  • Written content

  • Videos

  • Audio

  • Meditations

  • Coaching materials

  • Teaching materials

  • Graphics

  • Branding

  • Logos

  • Programme materials

  • Original frameworks and resources

You may access and use this content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, republish, sell, distribute or commercially exploit my content without my written permission.

16. Website use

You agree not to use this website:

  • For any unlawful purpose

  • To attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems

  • To interfere with the operation or security of the website

  • To copy or reproduce website content without permission

  • To use automated systems to collect or reproduce content without permission

I reserve the right to restrict or terminate access where I reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

17. Third-party platforms

Some services are delivered through third-party platforms, including:

  • Squarespace

  • Squarespace Payments

  • Zoom

  • Telegram

  • Flodesk

Your use of these platforms may also be subject to their own terms and conditions and privacy policies.

I am not responsible for outages, technical failures or changes to third-party platforms that are outside my reasonable control.

18. Cancellation and refunds

Your cancellation and refund rights will depend on the service you purchase and the circumstances of your cancellation.

Where specific cancellation or refund terms are provided on a sales page, booking page or during the purchase process, those terms form part of your agreement with me.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

If you have a problem with a service, please contact me at meg@megmindstrong.com and I will always try to resolve the issue fairly.

19. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection right, that right will take precedence.

20. Limitation of liability

I will provide my services with reasonable care and skill.

To the extent permitted by law, I am not responsible for losses that arise from:

  • Your decisions or actions

  • Your failure to follow guidance or complete agreed actions

  • Circumstances outside my reasonable control

  • Your use or interpretation of Human Design information

  • Technical failures of third-party platforms

  • Indirect or consequential losses

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

21. Confidentiality

I will treat information you share with me as confidential and will not intentionally disclose it except where:

  • You give me permission to do so

  • Disclosure is necessary to provide the service

  • I am legally required to disclose it

  • There is a serious safeguarding or safety concern requiring action

Because some services are delivered through third-party platforms such as Zoom and Telegram, information transmitted through those platforms may also be subject to their own privacy and security practices.

Further information about how personal information is handled can be found in my Privacy Policy.

22. Ending our working relationship

Either of us may bring a coaching relationship to an end in accordance with the cancellation terms applicable to the programme.

I may also suspend or terminate access to a programme if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, behave abusively or inappropriately towards me or others, or otherwise make it unreasonable for the service to continue.

Where appropriate, I will communicate with you before taking this step.

23. Events outside my control

I will not be responsible for failure or delay in providing services where this is caused by circumstances outside my reasonable control.

This may include serious illness, natural disasters, internet or technology failures, changes to third-party platforms, government restrictions or other circumstances that could not reasonably have been anticipated or prevented.

Where possible, I will communicate with you and make reasonable efforts to find an alternative arrangement.

24. Changes to these Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will be published on this website and will show the date it was last updated.

Changes will not retrospectively alter rights that you have already acquired under an existing agreement unless required by law or agreed with you.

25. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you will also benefit from any mandatory protections provided by the law of the country in which you live.
